The Lab.
Doctrine, experiments, and dispatches — what we believe about the spatial web and what we're testing right now.
The doctrine.
**WebXR-first.** If a build can't open in a browser tab on a headset, we don't ship it. Closed app stores are a tax on iteration speed.
**Ship-or-it-doesn't-exist.** Renders, mockups, and demo videos are not products. Products run on real hardware in front of a real user.
**One engineer.** This studio is intentionally small. Everything here is built end-to-end by Jeff. No design-by-committee, no PR theater, no roadmap-as-marketing.
**$0 VC.** Funded by client work and consulting. The product roadmap answers to clients and to the work — not to a board's exit timeline.
**AI as tool.** AI is in the toolchain, not in the marketing. We use it where it earns its place.

What we're poking at right now.
Hand-tracking ergonomics
What spatial UI patterns actually feel right at sustained-use duration — not the demo-floor 30-second window.
Gaze-anchored controls
How AVP's eye-tracking changes the input vocabulary for spatial UI. What patterns from mouse/touch carry over and which break.
Depth-aware portals
Real-world geometry as part of the scene. Window cuts, occlusion, persistent anchors across sessions.
