12. Voice Calls & Call Recording
When you call us, we may record the call for quality, training, and service purposes. We may also process the call audio in real time using artificial-intelligence tools to assist our service advisors and to generate written summaries of the conversation.
You will hear a notification at the start of every call disclosing the recording and AI processing. By staying on the line, you consent to the recording and processing.
Recordings and transcripts are retained for our internal quality and training purposes and are accessible only to authorized staff. Audio data is processed by the third-party AI providers listed at /legal/sub-processors under contractual data-protection terms; it is not used to train any provider's general-purpose AI models.
13. Artificial Intelligence & Sub-Processors
We use third-party service providers ("sub-processors") to deliver parts of the Platform — including hosting, payments, telephony, transcription, and AI-assisted services. A current list of every sub-processor with access to personal information, the purpose of that access, and the data it receives is maintained at /legal/sub-processors.
We require each sub-processor by contract to: (a) process your information only on our documented instructions, (b) maintain reasonable security measures, (c) not use your information to train general consumer AI models, and (d) notify us promptly of any data incident.
